Dear Diary 9: Apologies...



Dear Diary,


Over the past week, if there is one thing I have realised, it is never to feel guilty for things that never happened in your head. It will only mess with you more.

'I'm sorry for not sorting my books'

'I'm sorry for never baking those cupcakes'

'I'm sorry for not writing those blog posts I wanted to write'

NO

Unless the thoughts in your head specifically affect someone else, don't ever get angry with yourself for something not happening. Things take time, and if you want something bad enough, you will work for it and it will happen.
