Little ways to relax life!


Over the past few weeks I have been eagerly trying to make my attitude on life a little easier, including trying to be a little healthier, organised and generally happy, it’s only a few things, but I think it is working!


1)      Drinking water

Little obvious and often said on videos or blog, whilst I haven’t noticed any major effects on my skin in reduced spots (cries), I feel a lot better day to day!

2)      Sleeping

I have had a really busy few days, and the next few weeks are going to be even busier! I downloaded an app from the app store the other day called ‘Sleep Cycle Alarm Clock’. It monitors what different types of sleep you are in, the length of time and additional factors such as eating late or a stressful day. My favourite feature of the app is the alarm, you set it for the time you want to wake up, and it gradually wakes you from 30 minutes before depending on the amount of sleep you had! Writing this I am on night four- so I can’t wait to review again!

3)      Lists!!

I think I have mentioned before I am a fan of a good to do list, and I am trying to keep to plan with what I want to do daily by trying to complete everything on the list before going bed! (Occasionally missing the odd thing and catching up the next day!)

4)      Happiness

An odd thing to try to change, but equally I am trying to not have bad thoughts or opinions affect me, regardless of the issue. I get stressed and worked up very easily, and I just don’t want to be like that anymore- it’s partially to do with my anxiety, which I briefly mentioned here, but I know I have control as well.

And that’s it for now! There are lots of other little things I am doing as well, but they aren’t causing an obvious change as much the ones above^
