May Favourites

With the end of May approaching I feel I owe everyone who is reading this an apology, I am so sorry I haven't posted anything this month, its been a combination of exams/coursework, illness, laziness(not gonna lie) and nothing to write about. But now with exams over and less(but still plenty of coursework), as well as plenty of new buys and writing ideas, I can now spend loads more time writing, which I am really excited about!

Anyway, like I said, with the end of may approaching, this post is a May favourites, telling you about my beauty and general favourites of this month!

My Diary and my Notebook have become pretty crucial in my life recently, whether I am checking for peoples birthdays or writing down blog ideas or stuff to remember, I always have either both or one on me.

Notebook from ClaireaBella, Diary from Paperchase.

Pooey Green, that’s probably an odd favourite, but I am in love with the clothing purchases I have made in this colour this month. I am in love with all three of these products, particularly wearing the shoes and bag together with black and white, whilst I like to wear the jumper with dark blue jeans and tan accessories. All items are from Topshop.

Real Techniques brushes were the first brushes I properly fell in love with, so when Boots had their 3 for 2 offer on the other week, I thought it would be rude to not buy any!  I purchased the Core Eye, Core Face, Silicone Liner and Face Sponge brushes, whilst my mum also purchased a blush brush on my recommendation for herself (as well as something else on 3for2!)

Real Techniques brushes can be purchased online here.

I went to Borneo last summer, and picked up a little coin purse over there because I didn’t have enough room in my purse for all the change/coins we were given. I purchased it in a little beach hut, and when I came home I was unsure about how I was going to use it, then I came up with the idea to carry my earphones and memory stick in there, that way my earphones won’t get tangled, and my memory stick won’t be lost in my bag.

Little coin purses can be brought from most fashion shops.

Phantom of The Opera and Les Miserables are my two favourite musicals, and this month I fell in love with the Phantom of The Opera soundtrack all over again, especially when it motivated me to finish my coursework, unlike other music which can distract me and lead me to not doing my work(aka pretending I am a star and performing in my room *cringe*)

I only currently have the film soundtrack on my phone, although I do have the 25th Anniversary and Original London Cast CDs as well, just search Phantom of The Opera on ITunes/Amazon/Google Play and choose which one you want!

So my favourite Perfume this month has been Dot by Marc Jacobs, and between me and my Mum we own the majority of Marc Jacobs’s perfumes! When I first purchased Dot around a year ago, it wasn’t my favourite and I only wore it on certain days, the beginning of this month was a certain day, and since then I don’t think I have worn a different perfume in between!

Dot can be purchased from here, here or here!

My last favourites is my Michael Kors Watch which I got for Christmas last year, when I got it, I was so in love with it I vowed not to wear it apart from dressy occasions or when I am going out. Then for the past 8/9 weeks I have been wearing my watch almost every day, as I just wasn’t wearing it and the battery would have been wasted. It’s safe to say I’m not disappointed, as I love the three different tones (Gold, Silver & Rose Gold), and is a watch I will be looking after for a very long time!

I purchased my watch from Ebay, you can see details here.

So that's it for my favourites this month, there are more things than beauty, but that's just how its been, again sorry about the no post thing, I promise I will get better!

What have been your favourites this month?

Beki xx
